Description
ParsePilot
Live parse cockpit for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (Anniversary / 2.5.x)
One panel. Every class. Every spec. Zero setup.
◈ Overview
ParsePilot is a single, lightweight panel that shows you — live, mid-fight — the numbers that actually decide your Warcraft Logs parse, and tells you the optimal next cast for your spec. No spreadsheets, no per-class setup: it reads your class and talents on login and adapts itself automatically.
It puts front and centre the one stat that moves parses more than any other: UPTIME — how much of the fight you actually spent casting and attacking. Chase the green number and your logs climb.
◈ Features
- Uptime, front and centre. Measured the way Warcraft Logs measures active time (real casts and swings, not passive DoT ticks) and colour-graded with the WCL percentile palette — a glance tells you where you stand.
- Live Parse score, DPS / effective HPS, and healer Overheal %.
- Smart rotation hints. A next-cast suggestion built from the published class guides for your exact spec — reacting live to your cooldowns, target debuffs, procs and movement (instant casts while moving, etc.). Optional look-ahead queue shows what's coming next.
- Auto class + spec detection from your talent tree. Healer, DPS or Tank layout is chosen for you; tanks are measured on threat/damage — the TBC parse metric.
- Class-coloured to match Warcraft Logs, with an optional auto class-colour frame.
- Adaptive resource readout — Mana, Rage, Energy or Focus, whatever you use.
- Low-mana warning (off by default): tintable screen overlay + a sound of your choice, with a preview and test button so you can tune it before a pull.
- Combat or Encounter timing mode. Encounter mode resets on each boss pull so your numbers line up cleanly with Details and your logs.
- Fight history (optional) — review the uptime and DPS/HPS of recent pulls.
- Fully customisable — panel scale, 8 in-game fonts, frame textures & colours on both panels, overlay style/texture/colour, mana sounds, queue length, click-through lock, and a movable minimap button, all from a clean settings UI.

◈ Good to Know
- Lightweight — no per-event memory churn, minimal CPU, one small panel.
- The rotation hint gives the correct main-build priority for your spec. Pure execution timing — seal twisting, powershifting, shot weaving, DoT snapshotting — is still up to you. ParsePilot points, you play.
- The Parse figure is a live in-game estimate (coloured like WCL). Your true logged percentile always comes from Warcraft Logs itself.
Made for raiders who want to watch their parse improve in real time.
A friendly note for gamers: Parsing is meant to be fun. Always follow the calls of your guild and raid leaders and look out for your friends first the meters come second. This addon is a work in progress, so tips and suggestions for improvement are very welcome.
