• Bookmarks are ordered by reading position, and reopening the list reveals the selected bookmark.
• Repeated + Here clicks at the same exact point select the existing bookmark and preserve its name.
• Older duplicate bookmarks remain independently selectable, renameable, and removable, with Undo support.
• Bookmark hover excerpts are shorter, end near a word boundary when practical, and show an ellipsis when more text follows.

Existing bookmark records, names, and saved data format are preserved.
