Bug fix - Reputation names not always available via WoW's API, so added a list of every single reputation/reputationID for reference.
Bug fix - Frame borders no longer randomly disappearing when changing from one reputation to another.
Bug fix - Checking/unchecking reputations in the config options shouldn't cause issues with the drop down bar.
Began refactoring process.
