Developer's notes:
No data for the new Midnight factions have been added yet. This may come in a future update to support tooltip information only. As far as I can tell they are all Warband-wide so there is no need for Paragon to track them apart from tooltip related reasons.
If you find any reputation related items in Midnight that should have tooltip data, besides the world quest contracts crafted by Inscription, please let me know by creating an issue on GitHub. Thank you!
