    Major refactor and UI improvements v0.6.0

    - Fix critical SavedVariables issue (PapaInterruptDB vs PapaInterruptSettings)
    - Implement proper instance type checking with group conditions
    - Add raid icon support to interrupt messages
    - Consolidate settings architecture with single source of truth
    - Add message deletion protection (minimum 1 message)
    - Enhance UI with better spacing, tooltips, and visual feedback
    - Improve performance with spell link caching
    - Fix solo testing (messages show in chat frame when not grouped)
    - Add comprehensive input validation and error handling
    - Polish UI with sections, better layout, and WoW-style theming
    - Update version to 0.6.0 across all .toc files
