Major feature update and stability

Features:
- Icon on the minimap (opt-out)
- Shift/Shift-RichClick items in scroll and preview icon

Stability:
- Periodic checks for session version and syncing for people who missed the first message
- Clicking away an item "to add" actually communicates now

Bugfixes:
- (Probably) fixed a bug that prevented from recently looted items from being removed from quick pants
