Data changes read "<kind> <id> - <name> - added|updated|fixed|removed" (kinds: quest, npc, object, item).
Everything else reads "<area> - <what changed>".
Under a data change, indented lines say what changed: " - coordinates: 3 spawn points added in Badlands".
