Added /ppw check command. Improved buff checking to display who is missing might and who is missing kings and what you are currently providing. Now only warns if people are missing the buff you are currently providing or if people are missing a buff and you aren't providing one and tells you which one to buff.

4.2 support. Updated ToC. Seal of Righteousness will no longer issue wrong seal warning for Ret. BUGFIX: Combatlog only suppports 4.2 as backwards compatibility code wasn't working.
