PallyPowerSmartCast

Creates a keybinding to automatically cast from PallyPower.

Will use PallyPower assignments to create a single button to cast greater blessings > normal blessings > self cast in combat.

This addon is still under construction and currently in beta. It probably has bugs and may not work correctly. I'll try to keep it updates, but use at your own risk.
