Update 2.0

- Re-designed the Wasted Holy Power tracker into a Log, that now tracks Wasted, Spent and Generated Holy Power.
- Added Holy Power Bar, you can now choose between Default (my custom design, mimicing Blizzards design in High-Res) Custom Icons and Custom Bar.
- Added /php log to open logs and renamed /hpwaste -> /php.
- Cleaned up a lot of code, made it safer in terms of compatibility issues with other addons, and decreased memory/ram usage by a lot.
- Added the ability to change the tracker type, you can now choose between Wasted, Generated and Spent
