Holy Power Waste - Update

  • Overhauled the settings panel
  • Added Holy Power Bar
    • Removes blizzards default HP bar (currently doesn't re-enable it if you disable mine, but will come in next patch
  • Cleaned up code, removed and fixed a lot of dead and duplicate code in addon files
  • Added a new panel "Tracked HP" for the Holy Power Bar with corresponding settings
  • Added a Enable setting to both trackers
  • Fixed Minimap button re-enabling after /reload when toggled off
