PadChat 0.2.2 Preview 8 - voice recovery and audit fixes

Voice users must update BOTH parts. Close WoW and run PadChat-Setup.exe from the matching GitHub release. It installs the addon and Windows companion and preserves settings. This CurseForge ZIP updates the addon only.

• Fix cancelled voice handoffs blocking later dictation; revoke abandoned tokens without replaying messages.
• Recover stalled PTT input and add Restart voice controls in game and in the Windows tray.
• Follow the game window's monitor with the non-activating dictation overlay.
• Reject stale microphone replies, add a discovery timeout, and clean up old discovery processes on refresh/restart.
• Preserve Voice Off; allow configuration and Exit while disabled or waiting for PTT release.
• Roll back failed microphone, shortcut, settings and startup changes.
• Reject opening/PTT binding conflicts in either direction and recover malformed saved values.
• Preserve pre-existing installer recovery folders and prevent overlapping install/uninstall operations.
• Restore empty text clipboards after owned handoffs while preserving newer user clipboard changes.

The same free offline speech model is retained. Keyboard, mouse and controller voice typing remain supported; no paid account or API key is required.

Checked Forever 1.60.1.70374 / interface 16001. All eleven reproduced audit issues have targeted automated regressions, alongside matching helper and installer tests. This remains a Beta preview: physical controller recovery/combat, mixed-DPI/exclusive-fullscreen overlay behaviour and a second clean PC still need live acceptance. Automated tests do not certify every live setup.
