v2.0.0 — The "State of the Union" Update

“Transparency in the system. Accountability in the Archive.”

This is the largest update to OUR id to date, transforming it from a simple automation script into a full-scale administrative suite.

📊 The People's Archive (Service Tracking)

  • Persistent Logging: Every Comrade helped is now recorded. Data persists across sessions via OurIDHistory.
  • Visual Interface: Use /ourid window to view a scrollable, color-coded list of names, realms, and difficulties served.
  • Export Bureau: Generate timestamped reports of your service history for external use.

🔧 The Central Oversight Console (Debug System)

  • Internal Flight Recorder: A dedicated debug window now captures all background operations (timer triggers, difficulty logic, party sequences).
  • No More Chat Spam: Internal processes are now logged silently to the console. You only see what you need to see.

Directives:

  • /ourid debug — Toggles Debug Mode. When ON, debug info prints to chat. When OFF, it logs silently to the window.
  • /ourid debugwindow — Toggles the visibility of the technical console.

Console Tools: Features an auto-scroll toggle and a 100-message buffer to monitor the "gears of the machine" in real-time.

⚖️ New Administrative Commands

  • /ourid window — Toggle the Service History window.
  • /ourid clear — Wipe the history logs.
  • /ourid debug — Toggle chat-based debug reporting.
  • /ourid debugwindow — Show/Hide the technical debug log.

🛠 Technical Manual for the Comrade Developer

The new Debug Console is your best friend. If a lockout fails to set or a timer behaves strangely, you no longer have to guess what happened. Simply open /ourid debugwindow to review the timestamped sequence of events.

"The system is now as transparent as it is efficient. Every gear turn is logged; every Comrade is remembered."
