Updated Tanks module. For tanks set via SetRole and not MAINTANK, when removed form the list, they will not float back up during role changes unless they are raid promoted to MT which clears the deletion mark.

Added check for raid members self picking roles i.e. instead of just using Set Main Tank option a raid leader can do a role check and assign tanks via player selections.
