Adds OPie Rings for Hunter Pet management.

The list thus far and the default key bindings:

Pet swap - CTRL+P
Set the active pet's stance (aggressive, defensive, passive) - CTRL+L
Activate pet abilities (such as 'Trick' for Birds of Prey) - CTRL+, (comma)
Pet movement commands (move to, follow, stay) - CTRL+. (period)

Default key bindings can easily be edited in the Interface Options dialog of OPie. Type /opie and select Bindings.
