Bet gold on which Karazhan Opera event will spawn - winners split the pot.

How to Use

The bookie types /ob bookie at the start of the raid. That's the only required setup. From there:

1. Bookie types /ob open <gold amount>
2. Raiders place bets by whispering the bookie or typing in raid chat: !bet oz, !bet wolf, or !bet rj
3. When someone talks to Barnes, betting automatically closes, detects the event, and winners + payouts are announced to the raid.
4. The bookie trades gold to winners after the fight

How Players Bet

Type one of these in raid chat or whisper the bookie:

• !bet oz — Wizard of Oz (also accepts: wizard, wiz, dorothee)
• !bet wolf — Big Bad Wolf (also accepts: hood, red, bbw)
• !bet rj — Romulo & Julianne (also accepts: romeo, romulo, juliet, julianne)

One bet per player. No changes once placed.

Bookie Commands

• /ob bookie — Become the bookie
• /ob open 5 — Open betting at 5g per bet (any amount works)
• /ob close — Close betting manually
• /ob cancel — Cancel the round and void all bets
• /ob result oz — Manually set the result if auto-detect fails (oz, wolf, or rj)
• /ob reset — Clear everything for a new round
• /ob status — See current round info
• /ob bets — See who bet on what
• /ob odds — See current payout multipliers
• /ob history — See past rounds from this session
• /ob retire — Stop being the bookie
• /ob help — Show all commands in-game

Payout Example

The bookie opens betting at 5g. Eight players bet:

• 4 players pick Oz
• 3 players pick Wolf
• 1 player picks R&J

Total pool is 40g. If the event is Wolf, the 3 Wolf bettors each win 13.3g (a profit of 8.3g each). If nobody picked the winning event, the bookie keeps the pool.

What It Does

One person in the raid is the bookie. They open betting with a fixed gold amount. Everyone picks Wizard of Oz, Big Bad Wolf, or Romulo & Julianne. When Barnes reveals the event, the addon automatically detects the result and announces winners. Winners split the entire pool evenly. Gold is traded manually BEFORE the fight.

Only the bookie needs the addon installed. Everyone else just types a command in raid chat or whispers the bookie.
