What's new
### New
- **OpenMap for retail** (Midnight): the same seamless map, from retail's own maps. Every continent on
Azeroth's map, its zones stitched in as you zoom with their explored areas painted (or hidden until
you've been there, as Blizzard's own map does), Blizzard's art as it is; the world's parchment out to
its torn edge and on past it; dungeon and raid entrances from the encounter journal with every floor
of their maps, flight masters, boats and zeppelins, the close-up minimap. A download of its own on
CurseForge.
### Improved
- **The map stays open while you talk to an NPC** (or open a vendor, the bags' windows ...): the
windowed map is no longer put away to make room. Escape still closes it; maximized, it behaves as
before.
- **Reopen map: Center on player, keep zoom** (the menu's Reopen map, and Options): the map opens
on you at the zoom you closed it at.
- **Choose your map**: the choice the first time the map opens is in the map window's own frame,
with plainer words.
- **A little lighter at the whole-world view**: a city's map isn't drawn at all until it starts to fade
in (before, it was drawn unseen).
