Openables

- Add logic for new Scenario / Heroic Scenario reward satchels, and guo-lai containers.
- .toc update, compatible with 5.3 "Escalation"

- No longer has a hard dependency on ElvUI. It will still skin itself if ElvUI is installed but it will work with default or other interfaces as well.
- Fix a recursion problem in the combat queue for pet classes. Thanks to Pyroneus for the detective work.
- Add an optional keybind for automatically looting containers (can be found under Openables in default keybinds menu)
- If you upgrade from <ElvUI_Openables> (v1.x) to <Openables>(v2.x) remove the old folder, addon name has changed.
