Open Ammo Bag Separately

Seperate the ammo pouch/quiver from the default combined bag in the same way the reagent bag is.
What's new
Initial release:
When the combined bag view is on, ammo pouches and quivers are now taken out of it and opened in their own window alongside it, the same way the reagent bag works. The ammo window closes when you close your bags. Type /ammobag to check that your ammo bag is being detected.
