🔄 Note Types ✓ Removed "ESC Panel" note type from Add Note and Properties dialogs
✓ Existing ESC Panel notes are automatically converted to Standard notes in the General category

📌 Pinned Notes ✓ Double-click or Shift+click title bar to collapse or expand pins
✓ Title bar tooltip explains collapse and expand behavior
✓ Pins can be dragged from the title bar again when move is not locked
✓ Hover options bar stays hidden while a pin is collapsed
✓ Added optional "Hover tasks" to hide task list until mouseover and shrink empty space
✓ "Hover tasks" option also available in the pin hover bar with tooltip

🐞 Fixes ✓ Hover options no longer stick open in edge cases with collapsed pins
