V1.21 Fixed a bug where it wasn't filtering things out

V1.2 New Features: An Editbox now appears in the configure frame accessible through /oci - You can choose words/phrases to ignore (use all lowercase, and hit enter between each one) - There's no cool title cause I'm still figuring out how to get it to work, but the filter still works - There's a scrollbar on the side that's currently only decoration - but should your list become long enough, you can still scroll using your mouse and highlighting the text then dragging up/down whichever way you wish to scroll

Bugs: Fixed a bug where the settings weren't actually being saved between sessions
