Olympus Kill Counter 0.3.5

This update adds display settings for the Olympus warning banner and personal
kill counter, combining the additions developed in Betas 0.3.4 and 0.3.5.

• Settings in the AddOns tab: Open Escape → Options → AddOns → Olympus
  Kill Counter. The counter's Settings button and /olympus settings also work.
• Independent resizing: Adjust either display from 50% to 150%, including
  its text, with separate size sliders.
• Move previews: Choose Move and drag either display to its new position.
  The banner preview stays visible until positioning is finished. A hidden
  personal counter appears temporarily when needed for positioning.
• Lock position: Prevent accidental movement. Done moving, locking, or
  closing the positioning menu finishes and locks an active preview.
• Saved layouts: Size, position and lock settings save per character.
  The AddOns tab and standalone menu share the same preferences.
• Reset layout: Restore one display's default layout. The game Options
  Defaults control restores both layouts. Kill totals and other preferences
  are retained.
• Positioning from Options: Move closes the game Options window and opens
  the positioning menu so you can see the display you are placing.
• Banner targeting: Dragging does not target a player on release. Normal
  clicks on locked real warnings continue to target outside combat.
• Update notice: The one-time What's new popup explains the combined
  additions and identifies this release as version 0.3.5.

Existing kill totals, death-blow totals, history and saved preferences carry
over. Close WoW completely, replace the full StormeonOlympusCounter folder,
then restart. Keep your existing SavedVariables.
