old tbc raid frame texture

Changes the default raid frames to the original TBC texture and adds an option to customize the aggro highlight. Used RaidFrame Texture from _anniversary_\Interface\RaidFrame\Raid-Bar-Hp-Fill.blp instead the default one Blizzard is using (_anniversary_\Interface\Buttons\White8x8.blp. Use /of or /oldframes for setting
