Initial public beta release of ZoneLocked!

Features:
- 🔒 Explore Azeroth with restrictions — unlock zones as you progress!

  - **Easy Mode** – Earn unlock tokens by mailing gold to your bank alt.
  - **Medium Mode** – Contribute to the War Effort by farming Peacebloom, Copper Ore, and more.
  - **Hard Mode** – Use actual WoW Tokens as your progression currency.
- 🗺️ Dynamic zone locking with overlay support.
- 🧠 Customizable race-based starting zones.
- ⚠️ On-screen and chat-based feedback when entering locked areas.
- 🛠️ `/zl` commands for toggling UI, checking status, and resetting progress.
- 🔄 `/zl reset` and `/reload` now clear unlocked zones and mode settings.
- ✉️ Integrated support for `/zl open` and unlock token visibility.
