     * Added XORCipher encryptions option to Notes! 
     * Reworked the Player Management Frame to deal with depriciated API 
       ( regarding setting public and officer notes )
       Public note is now just a fontstring of the public note
       To include users who are not officers I removed the officer note function
       and added "Open Notes" which will open the note with players name and realm
       as the note title so everyone can now keep a large note per player, or anything
       really in game. (I have plans to make this like a nice text editor - in time)
     * Member Search updates include new calculated Offline times showing Year Month Day Hour 
       now no more rolling over at 30 days ;o 
       changed the notification to a nice grey blue "Logged Recently!" when searching for 
       members who have been offline less then 1 hour
