Big update, solved action bar selection users can now type /oghover 

and select from the 8 action bars - toggle immediately takes effect and

the users choices are persistent!  The plan is to bring this into midnight

but as with all developers were at the mercy of the API changes. Enjoy for now!

Tip: use edit mode to separate your bars by about 10px  a gap this big [ ] between 

bars helps with detecting the cursor over the intended bar.
