Obsidian CobraSkin (OCS)

Obsidian CobraSkin is a simple utility designed to make farming Obsidian Cobra Skins faster and easier. It attaches a small panel to your Skinning Journal that handles tracking, crafting, and using baits.

  • Added Obsidian Cobraskin (Item ID: 205413) to the reagent monitoring row to track inventory counts directly.

  • Expanded statistics tracking to show Character, Global (Account), and Lifetime Total kills separately.

Bug Fixes & Logic Improvements

  • Major Logic Overhaul: Changed the tracking method from UNIT_DIED to LOOT_OPENED. Attempts are now only counted when the skinning window successfully opens, ensuring accurate drop rate calculations.

  • Lockout Fix: The addon now strictly checks the daily quest status (ID 74235) upon login and before recording an attempt. This prevents false positives when helping others kill the mob while loot-locked.

  • Corrected the Daily Quest ID in the configuration.

  • Fixed an issue where the session counter could desync if the loot window was reopened multiple times.

General

  • Removed all debug system messages from the chat window.

  • Adjusted the main window width to accommodate the new reagent icon.
