Stats moved to JemiStats

• Stats now live in JemiStats. With both addons installed, the Stats tab looks and works exactly as before.
• Your existing stats are imported automatically on first login. Keep Oathbound installed for that one login.
• /oath statsreset still works. /oath reset now clears oaths, violations, and the log only.
• Without JemiStats, Oathbound simply runs without a Stats tab.

Settings

• With JemiStats installed, the Settings tab gains Oathbound and JemiStats buttons that swap which addon's settings are shown.

Fixes

• The main window now stops at the edge of the screen instead of being dragged off it.
