Fixes

• Fixed false Ability violations for chosen Oath Spells/Abilities like Arcane Missiles.
  Chosen Oath spells should no longer trigger violations because of rank or spell ID differences.
• Improved Oath Spell/Ability matching so the selected spell is allowed when used, while other damaging spells still correctly trigger violations.
  
  
• Fixed false consumable violations from cooking recipes like Boiled Clams.
• Improved profession detection so Cooking, First Aid, and Fishing actions are allowed as intended.
