    - Bump TOC version to 1.1.0
    - Add automatic sharing of 'rotation' lists
    When a rotation list is shared, group members will now automatically
    have a display created with that rotation in it. If someone uses their
    rotation reset hotkey with the shared list that should also reset the
    rotation list for all group members as well. This was accomplished by
    allowing the creation of 'temporary' displays which are not saved in the
    saved variables, so the shared rotations will be lost upon reloading the
    ui for everyone who didn't originally create it.
    
    In addition, when entering combat while interrupts in a rotation list
    are on cooldown should now select an approriate interrupt to be next
    (rather than just the first in the list).
