Oakshlaran:
    - Add all interrupts for non-melee/tank specs
    All interrupts for legion should now be included (including demon
    hunters). To help control the increased number of (possibly unwanted)
    data, there is also new slash commands for filtering out the ranged
    interrupts and removing the filter. The filtering mechanism is fairly
    general, allowing for easy extension if the need arises.
