• Replace AceEvent with a fork, to fix some issues with CPU blame being incorrect
• Fixed an error with Profession Button Tab module (fixes #6)
• General Icons - properly hide when the module is disable, but the icons themselves weren't (fixes #7). And the repair icon is now hidden in combat
