Shows totem icon above enemy totem nameplates to help identify them
Also works with War Banner and on all localizations and also in Burning Crusade Classic
If for some reason you don't have enemy totem nameplates enabled you can do so with
/script SetCVar("nameplateShowEnemyTotems", "1")
