Added stuff to create earlier timer bars for rend drops at the crossroads if someone from your guild with this addon is in orgrimmar when it drops there to relay the msg. This starts a DBM or Bigwigs bar (depending on what you're using) 16 seconds long which is roughly how long the crossroads rend drops after Thrall yells in org. The timer may need to be adjusted slightly after more testing as it can vary a bit for some reason.
Fixed DMF spawn time in TBC yet again, now it's been changed to just the first monday of the month instead of monday after the first friday of the month it seems?
