Nova Raid Companion

Version 1.81
Fixed some display issues with enchants and item upgrade levels.
Added a red border to make equipment slots that have an issue easier to see in the raid members gear viewer.
Attemped some fixes with tricks/md/pi that on rare occasions wouldn't calc at the end if the target went out of range or other reasons.
Removed gems and dmf quest items from the loot log.
