Nova Raid Companion

Fixed the "Don't Release" safety warning during encounters in MoP raids so cooldowns can be reset.
Fixed the resurrection timer that NRC adds to res/bres popups in MoP.
Added missing stamina food to raid status.
Added world bosses to the lockouts display for alts.
Removed legendary quest items from the loot log.
Added bonus roll loot tracking to the raid log, you can type "bonus" in the filter to only show bonus roll also (untested but should work, will test during raid this week).
