Nova Raid Companion

Changed raid status columns to show mop raid buffs stam/crit/mastery/stats/spell power/attack power/spell haste/attack speed.
Added a bunch of new MoP cooldowns.
Removed helm enchant check in MoP (helm enchants were moved from game).
Added missing major glyphs to "issues" display on raid status frame for whole raid.
Fixed raid status frame displaying missing equipped ranged slot in mop.
Cooldowns that require a specialization will now only show up once someone with that spec casts it the first time (next update these should be added to spec detection like talents).
Removed max rank flag for all cata consumes now that mop is launching.
The lockouts frames now shows raids in alphabetical order for better readability across alts.
There may be some bugs that I can't see until MoP raiding starts, let me know of any issues.
