Fixed cooldown frames sometimes displaying a long number if a player is dead.
Fixed an issue sometimes preventing raid status snapshot from opening properly in the raid log.
Fixed death count during raids.

MoP stuff.
Added a glyph detection system that can adjust cooldowns to if certain glyphs are being used.
Added system to detect cheat death/purgatory style death saves, they can now be selected in the class cooldowns list for MoP.
Added system to reset certain cooldowns for a player if they use Cold Snap or the like.
Added all MoP class cooldowns that are worth being tracked to the addon database ready for launch.
Added all MoP consumes and buffs to database to be displayed in the raid status and consumes log.
Added all MoP class talents data so viewing any players talents will work still.
Added a MoP version of the talents display frame that also includes a glyphs display since they can be inspected now too in MoP (for when you inspect someone or click a player to view talents in the raid status/log snapshot).
