Nova Raid Companion

Extended the flask/potions raid status column to show 8 consumes up from 4, this was quite a big rewrite please let me know of any issues.
Added SoD Scarlet Uniform crafted pieces to sanctified count.
Fixed Power Infusion options not working in the priest config section, you can now disable them if you like.
Added Cata twilight dungeon buffs to show on the raid status frame beside player names (left click minimap button).
Fixed meta gem is disabled warning msg in cata.
Removed Jostled Chalice Fragment from showing in the loot log.
Many small bug fixes and improvements.
