Nova Raid Companion

A major new system has been added that keeps track of the whole raid's equipped gear, this allows for new features like the following:
Added new raid status column called "Equip", you can click any player in the raid to view their armor/weapons with a list of potential issues (missing enchants, unspent talents, pvp trinket/water treads equipped etc).
Added new raid status column called "iLvl" that shows average item level for all players in the raid (disabled by default, you must turn this on in config if you want it).
Added new raid status column called "Sanc" for SoD players that shows much santified gear is equipped for naxx.
Can now detect tier set bonuses that reduce cooldown times for spells and adjust them on the raid cooldowns frames (only SoD tier 2.5 druid set reducing rebirth/innervate cooldown has been added so far, if there are any other set bonuses that need adding please contact me).
Add a Loot Rolls history tab to the raid log, it takes the spot of the old deaths log and shows all rolls during a raid.
Added Whipper Root Tuber/Thorium Grenade/Iron Grenade to consumes used log.
Fixed the blue shamans option not working for raid status and lockouts frames.
