Added all the max level TBC consumes I could find to the lists, let me know if anything is missing. All the max rank classic consumes are still there but I've removed some lower rank classic stuff no one would be using in TBC.
Renamed some potion config slots to battle and guardian elixirs, you will likely need to set up some of those slots again as some items that changed have been moved out of potions and into their correct battle or guardian list.
Added TBC protection potions. The protection potions frame is disabled by default in TBC, you will need to enable it in otions if you want it.
Potion and Short Potions slots are now just basically the same list of consumes in TBC due to a lot of stuff being moved to battle/guardian.
