Nova Consumes Helper

Moved Midsummer buff foods to the misc category so it's alongside the valentines chocolates (you will need to re-enable this if you had it set under foods sorry).
All midsummer foods and their valentines chocolate counterparts are now linked and will count as being buffed by each other.
Fixed a wrong item ID for Fire-toasted Bun.

Some consumes are now linked together and will show as active if one is used (like all blasted lands buffs, feasts and stat food etc).

Made the Profiles button on consumes bar smaller so it's easier to drag the bar.
Changed default minimum level to show the addon to 1 instead of 60 to help people that fresh install on a sub 60 character, if you want to hide the bar on lower characters just drag the slider back to 60 in options.
