Nova Consumes Helper

Version 1.22
Added a Cata version of this addon, MoP should also be done before launch. Even though these expansions have a low amount of consumes it's still handy to easily see what buff is missing/durations or needs restocking.
Fixed a few small bugs mainly to do the option of hiding a button when you don't have that item in your bags.
