Nova Consumes Helper

Added new SoD phase 8 foods.
Added 2 extra of each mainhand/offhand/scroll slots.
Added Frozen Rune to protections potion section (needs to be enabled in config).
Moved display options for the mains consumes bar to their own category in the config menu.
Added option to hide the red X on buffs that are not active.
Added option to reverse the grey out (desaturate) effect on buttons so they're grey when not buffed instead of when buffed.
Fixed some display issues with prot potions absorb amounts (it now displays in the middle of the button if you have more than 1 single row, will add more display options for this at some point later).
