- fixed NotesUNeed tooltip displaying incorrect talent spec for local player
- when creating a new player note, or updating an existing player note by clicking the "Target Info" button (while having that player targeted), both active and inactive talent specs will now be recorded and displayed in the NotesUNeed tooltip.
- bumped addon version number
- the value assigned to NUN_VERSION (the constant used by the addon for representing the addon's current version) is now populated automatically based on the version from the .toc file, rather than being duplicated

- fixed guild note buttons hovering somewhere near the middle of the screen, invisible yet still interactive, until the guild roster is opened
- added note category dropdown to search window; WIP, not sure how I like it there, just yet. gonna leave it for a bit, see how it feels.
- removed quest history option from note category search dropdown
- added (non-translated) worgen/goblin race names to german and french loc files
- upon opening the search dialog, the textbox used for typing in the text to search for now receives focus automatically
** pressing escape while editbox has focus now clears focus from editbox instead of closing dialog
