New Features
- /WHO Announcement - Added note announcements when you /who a guild member or friend. Don't want to go all the way into the guild window to check out some info? Just shift-click their name or /who them!
- Customized Output - Don't want to show Guild Rank? use the new /notea command line to pick which details you want to show. See /"notea Help" for list of commands

- Re-wrote portions of the addon to facilitate other system messages to display notes.
