Notatank Buffs and Debuffs Watch

A self-buff and target-debuff watch addon, with an experimental targeting feature (WIP)
Simple movable panels (background is invisible when locked) with missing self buffs, and missing target debuffs for almost every class in TBC classic.
NOTE: The targeting feature is WIP and not functional, without it the other features are quite playable.
Use /nt to open the settings UI and enable/disable buffs which you would like to see on yourself, and on your target. /nt unlock to move the frames somewhere close to your target UI frames, then /nt lock
