NotaLoot

This update primarily adds functionality for loot masters to collaborate or share assignments.

• Request to view bids in another loot master's session from the /nlm window.

        The request must be approved by the other loot master.

        You may either view another loot master's session or run your own session, but not both simultaneously.

• Added an option to automatically accept view requests from officers in your guild. This is on by default, but you can disable via /nl opt.
• Added an option to announce assignments to a chat channel. Configure via /nl opt.
• Added a version update message if a loot master in the raid is running a newer version of the addon.
