This is a small addon forked from SimC that creates an export string to be input into https://not-even-close.com/
Use the in-game command /nec to create a popup frame. This frame will contain your character's stats: stamina, versatility, avoidance, spec, and armor.
Copy these contents, open up https://not-even-close.com/, and press Ctrl-V. Your stats and spec will be automatically filled in!
The addon will also fetch your party members’ data if they also have the addon installed.
To toggle the minimap icon, type /nec minimap.
