NoQuestTooltips v1.0.0 — Initial Release

For players who turn off the built-in quest helper and want the quest hints gone from tooltips too.

Features

• Removes quest lines from mob tooltips: the quest name, your objective progress (e.g. "- Wolf Pelt 3/8"), and party members' quest progress
• Removes the same quest lines from world object tooltips (chests, crates, and other clickable objects), with a toggle to turn this off
• Only quest lines are hidden. The rest of the tooltip is unchanged, with no gaps or flicker
• Settings are saved between sessions

Commands

• /nqt — toggle the addon on or off
• /nqt on / /nqt off — turn it on or off directly
• /nqt objects — toggle hiding quest lines on world objects
• /nqt debug — print tooltip line data to chat, for bug reports
• /noquesttooltips also works in place of /nqt

Compatibility

• Built for World of Warcraft: Forever beta (interface 16001)
• Works with Blizzard's built-in quest helper. It does not affect tooltip lines added by third-party quest addons such as Questie

Known issues

• Forever is in beta. If a patch adds new quest tooltip lines, run /nqt debug, hover over the mob, and post the chat output in the comments
